- Personal career counselling is not included in the webinar fee.
- Customer cancellation: Refunds will not ordinarily be provided for cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the webinar. The decision will be taken by the management and may be turned down.
- Missed webinar: No refund will be provided if you register but do not attend.
