Career decisions do not end with school. You may be choosing a stream, comparing college courses, planning higher education, looking for your first job or considering a career change. The Pathway offers an individual career counselling session to help you understand your options and identify practical next steps.

What can you expect?
Two sessions, with time to explore in between
- 1First session · 60 minutes
Understand and explore
A discussion about your current situation, interests and concerns, and an exploration of relevant career and education options.
- 2Second session · 30 minutes
Review and move forward
Held at least 4–6 weeks after the first session. Discuss the qualifications, skills or further information that may be needed, and agree practical next steps.
The discussion will depend on your needs and career stage. The session does not guarantee that one particular career will be the right choice.

Before you pay
Payment and terms & conditions
- The counselling fee is ₹3,500 for the service described above.
- An appointment is confirmed only after availability is agreed upon and payment is verified.
- Please provide accurate contact details and attend at the agreed time.
- If you need to reschedule, contact Career Counsel Desk using the details in your confirmation message.
- Cancellation at least 48 hours before the appointment: You may request a full refund or reschedule the appointment.
- Rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment: You may request one rescheduling without an additional fee, subject to availability.
- Cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours before the appointment: Refunds or rescheduling will not ordinarily be provided.
- Missed appointment: If you do not attend the confirmed appointment and have not informed us in advance, the session will ordinarily be treated as used.
- Cancellation by Career Counsel Desk: If we cancel the appointment and cannot offer a mutually convenient alternative, you may request a full refund.
- Please contact us as early as possible if an emergency prevents you from attending. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. The cancellation, rescheduling and refund policy displayed at the time of booking will apply. Please review it before paying.
- Counselling provides guidance and supports decision-making. It does not guarantee admission, employment, salary, promotion or any specific outcome.
- Psychometric assessment is not automatically included. If recommended or requested, its availability and fee will be communicated separately.
- Any additional service or assessment must be agreed upon separately before payment.
